I wonder....

....what our babies will look like? I wonder if they will have red hair? Will they have dimples? Will they have chubby cheeks? Will they have hair? I wonder if they will smile a lot....I wonder so much and can't wait to find out! Only 3 and a half months to go....

3.28.10 Weekend Bliss....

Here are some things that have made my weekend wonderful.....in no particular order...

delicious waffles that Chris made for dinner
showering a friend with baby gifts for her little boy
talking to my grandma & grandpa (I miss them!)
putting up one out of two cribs...I love it..check out the pictures!
Eating dinner at the park with family and friends (see Tiff and I's belly pictures)
hearing an amazing message at church
recieving a "pass down book" from a friend about pregnancy
crying on the couch while while watching the Blind Side
having a nice lunch with friends at a cute restaurant
buying new earrings at Target (I love Target!)
Using my BedBath&Beyond coupon
....relaxing on the couch on Sunday night!!!!!

Book Summary...my version

So, Chris and I are reading through a parenting book together and tonight we read through chapter 4. There are a lot of "points" that I gained from reading this book, but there is one biggie that I should summarize....

Chris is going to be a GREAT father! Here are some reasons why I know this to be true:

He is loving
He is loyal
He is strict (yes...I know this is going to be a good thing)
He desires to help me
He can't wait to meet our boys
He can build things (see him at work putting up crown molding/chair rail in their room)
He loves me.
I love him.

Spring Break & Beyond....

We just got back from a lovely trip to Colorado...and now it is time to spring into the (in school language) the last 9-weeks. We had such a great time relaxing and skiing (Chris...not me) and hanging out with good friends.

Now that we are back it is time to.....

• work on the boys' room
• study for the NCE
• enjoy the nice Texas weather
• get ready for the arrival of our niece
• pick out names for our boys
