Better late than never.

So we carved pumpkins. Yesterday.
Yeah I know it is November and we missed Halloween.
That's okay though, right?
The boys had fun.
Oh, and have I mentioned that Camden is pretty much walking?
And last night while we had a
fabulous (surprise) visit from Uncle Tom,
Sullivan took several steps?
Yep. Am I ready for this?

So the boys might be "twins" but they are in general very different. Catching them doing the same thing...dressed the same, is kinda cute (and a rare find). Thanks for pruning my plants, boys!

Traditions (pumpkin patch part II)

Traditions.

I love them!
I love the ones I grew up with,
I love the ones we pass down,
and I love new ones that we create.
I love that this was our "traditional trip" to the pumpkin patch.

Sullivan took a little nap on the hayride.

Dewberry Farm.

We headed to the pumpkin patch this weekend.

We were with great friends....and had a good time.

I would love to say that the boys picked out a great pumpkin.

But they didn't.

Instead I will probably buy one from Kroger.

This kind of goes against my "love of all things fall".

But don't worry. I came home and made some apple crisp.

This makes up for my grocery store pumpkin purchase, right?

Best Birthday Gift. Ever.

This week was my birthday.

It was Chris' birthday too.

We got the BEST gift ever.

Fall.

I love October. I think I have mentioned that before. This weekend was especially....super!

Steelers!

You can't really experience the fall without a great Sunday afternoon football (watching) party, right?

We got together with our other Steelers fans friends....to watch the game.

(I actually dont think I even saw 5 minutes of the game...hmn?)

?Maybe Sullivan was trying to put a paci in her mouth? Not sure...and I think Cam is "checkin' her out". Look out Miss Z.!

Feeding the Ducks

We are so lucky to live close to our friends so that when the weather (kinda) gets nice we can go on walks together. We even had a chance to stop and feed the mamma duck and her babies.

The boys were not afraid at all! They even did a good job of sharing their graham crackers....

We can't wait until our other friends move close by...

(The baby ducks took the snack right from his hand. So cute!)

This week we also had our 15 month checkup (even though we are 16 months).

Camden is 22 lbs

Sullivan 18 lbs.

They are doing great!
