Gingerbread houses

We had so much fun with our friends decorating Gingerbread houses! Thank you for such a wonderful time!

..haha. Busted "sampling" one of the shingles :)

Family Traditions

Merry Christmas!
…as we are up late wrapping gifts and doing last minute details it is fun to think about family traditions.
How fun to look back at past traditions and now... have them for our own family.

A few pictures of Christmas time…a "few" years ago.

(oh the hair?. the dress?. But what a sweet picture of 4 generations)

Merry (Almost) Christmas!

Dear Santa.

Dear Santa,
This year I would like a Remote Control Race Car and a Lego Police Station.
-Camden

Dear Santa,
I would like a Big Giant Lego Fire station with lots of people and a firetruck.

Polar Express….a Christmas tradition

It has become a tradition that the boys (literally) look forward to all year. So when it is over….it is almost bittersweet. Each year we wonder if the following will be as magical. It is so fun to see the kids' excitement and such a perfect way to begin the Christmas season!

And now this! They love spending time together.

It was sweet baby Beckett's first year!
Watching as the train pulled into the station.

Carefully examining his Golden Ticket.

Best Buddies!

(I just love his hot chocolate mustache ;)

So, Merry Christmas (season) to you and your family!

November in Review (part 2)

November has been so busy…we needed two posts to fill everyone in. Tis the season!

We did a little facelift to the house. Our yellow house is no more...

Bubble Bath time!

One of our favorite pastimes lately is to take a bike ride/run together. It is great! Beckett and I run together and the boys ride their bikes.

..and sometimes we take a break for a little pull-up exercise.

…speaking of exercise… B is still working on getting stronger every day!

Happy Thanksgiving from the kid table!

"I am stuffed"…..

Reece was a trooper!
And once Thanksgiving is over, it is time to go to the local Tree farm homedepot to pick out our tree!

Just watching the lights and sipping on egg nog formula :).

All cozy and time to watch a Christmas movie in front of the newly decorated tree!

How we spend many afternoons! Legotime!
….cheers! Another successful trip on our bikes to Starbucks! (the boys love their hot cocoa!)

….and this is how we make sure little brother gets in on the action! HA!
